Our mission is to empower startups and small businesses in captive markets. With a proactive and hands-on approach, we leverage our experience and capital to discover and invest in promising opportunities, guided by clear selection criteria.
Partnership Criteria: Our partnership criteria include
- Equity Stake Range 25% to 50%: We seek an equity stake ranging from 25% to 50%.
- 50% Gross Margin: We target industries and sectors where gross margins are at least 50%.
- Rapid Break-Even: 15-Month Horizon - Our partner companies should demonstrate a break-even point no longer than 15 months.
- Captive Market Expansion Potential: We favor companies that possess a captive market ripe for expansion.
Investment Format
- Short-Term Working Capital Financing: We identify avenues where we could finance the company on a profit-sharing basis in the short term (3 Days to 3 months).
- Profit Sharing Partnership: This relates to a longer duration partnership for funding some Expansion or growth of the partner and agreeing on a profit-sharing mechanism for a limited duration.
- Greenfield Investments: In the final stage, our robust cash reserves enable us to make substantial investments in promising new ventures. As founding partners, we play a pivotal role from the business plan development stage to execution.
Seed Capital for Investment
- The initial seed capital of 7.5 ETH was raised through our Pre-sale on 24th March 2024 at Karmapad.
- Subsequently, 25% of the profits generated from the invested businesses would be utilized for re-investments.
